Terms and Conditions


When placing an order, we will send a confirmation email to the address provided. There will be a $200 minimum for all orders excluding sales tax & delivery fee. An additional charge may be applied for online orders over the $200 minimum. All orders must be placed 24-hour in advance of the delivery/ pick-up date with a cut-off time at 3 pm the business day before the order is placed. If you are using your work email address, please be aware that many companies use spam filters to disqualify incoming automated emails, which could impede the delivery of our confirmation email to you or send it to junk mail.

The "Confirmation" page sets out the final details of your order. After you have reviewed the Confirmation page and opted to proceed with your order, we will send you an order acknowledgment email detailing the products that you have ordered.

For Same-Day-Order, Weekends, and Public Holidays, only selected menu items are available. We will do our best to accommodate your last-minute orders request.

Kiros Catering reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason up until the time the product is actually delivered to you. Kiros Catering reserves the right to limit or prohibit orders that Kiros Catering believes, in its sole discretion, may be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.


It is difficult to make changes once your order has been placed. However, if you would like to make any changes to your order, please contact our Hospitality Catering Partners at (949) 442-0454 or email us at We will do our best to facilitate a change. Changes must be received by 3 pm the business day before/ one day before the delivery/pick-up. 

Please note, subject to applicable health codes, we reserve the right to change the products advertised or offered for sale through the Kiros Catering website. The prices or specifications of any such products and any promotional offers, and contents available at the Kiros Catering website, can change without any notice or liability to you or any other person.


Delivery fees are applied by postcodes. Delivery time may vary 30 minutes before or after the time stated, due to traffic conditions. Delivery fees are not distributed to employees as tips. A gratuity is not included, but it’s greatly appreciated.

We are providing standard to-go utensils and individual disposable eco-friendly containers/ service ware. However, if you require stainless steel chaffing dishes, china, or other non-disposable service-ware, will require an additional rental charge with a pick-up fee.

Pick-up is available at our Kiros Catering kitchen office location front entrance – 17981 Sky Park Circle, Suite J, Building 39. Irvine, CA 92614.

Service Charge

Kindly keep in mind that service charge at 25% is taxable by California State Law and subject to change. The 25% service charge is not a gratuity, rather used to cover the expenses incurred to produce a catering events which used to offset capital expenditure costs and administrative expenses including office hours, coordination, setup, insurance, worker's comp, delivery, pick-up, fuel, etc. A gratuity is not included, but it is greatly appreciated if you feel the service personnel has gone above and beyond.


Where applicable, sales tax will be assessed on each order at the applicable local rate. You agree that taxes may be adjusted from the amount shown on the payment screens. You are solely responsible for any and all duties, taxes, levies, or fees (including any sales, use, or withholding taxes) imposed on or in connection with purchases from the Website by any authority.


Personal checks, money orders, and cash payments are not acceptable forms of payment at Kiros Catering's website online ordering system. We may require credit cards and debit cards to be issued by an institution in the jurisdiction in which you are located, and those forms of payment must be linked to a billing address in the same jurisdiction. For most jurisdictions, you must ensure that the billing address associated with the credit- or debit card issuing bank is the same billing address that you enter when ordering. Prices are subjected to sales tax charges and processing fees. Kiros Catering reserves the right to supplement the list of acceptable forms of payment at the Kiros Catering kitchen office location.

Cancellations, Exchanges, and Refunds

ALL SALES FROM ONLINE ORDERS ARE FINAL. EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. Prior to fulfillment of an online order, however, you may cancel your online order by contacting our Hospitality Catering Partners at (949) 442-0454, 24 hours notice is required. Once an order has been fulfilled, the order will be deemed to be completed, and Kiros Catering will no longer be able to cancel the order or offer a refund. Full payment will be charged on all online orders canceled on the day of delivery. Cancellations outside this period incur a 25% fee from the total cost of your order.

Product Descriptions and Pricing

Kiros Catering aims to be as accurate as possible. Kiros Catering makes no warranty, however, that product descriptions, colors, photographs, videos, or other product-related to content on the Kiros Catering website are wholly accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Kiros Catering cannot guarantee that your computer or device's display of color or other product features is accurate. The prices displayed on the Kiros Catering website are quoted in United States Dollars. We reserve the right to change the dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice, due to seasonality. The prices listed do not include sales tax, delivery, pick-up, or any other applicable charges. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Food Allergies

While every effort is made to meet dietary requirements. We cannot make any guarantees or take responsibility for any food allergies. If you do have any food allergies, please list them in the notes section of your online order.

Leftover Food

It is to the client's understanding and full responsibility that Kiros Catering will not be held liable for any leftover food taken by the client, or the client’s guests. Also, any changes or anything happening to the quality of the food due to improper handling and storage of food that has been delivered into the catering venue or premises and/ or for any condition that may arise out of the consumption of the food.


We can assist to accommodate your rentals request to enhance your catering event experiences such as tables, linens, chairs, chinaware, silverware, glassware, napkins, and other rentals available upon request for an additional charge. Additional service charges may be applicable depending on the event location. Minimum 50 guests.


Service personnel or on-site chefs are available upon request for an additional charge.
